Met Gala Lexicon of The Most Memorable Outfits - Black Queen Edition
The MET Gala organizers, The Metropolitan Museum of Art announced on Monday that they're bringing back the iconic event this year after being forced to pause the events due to this whole global pandemic (that honestly just needs to pack up and leave *rolls eyes*). Although the traditional calendar date for the fashion studded event is the first Monday in May, it will take place in September this year (in a more intimate setting), before going back to the regularly scheduled program in 2022.
Every year's event has a theme to it and this year it's "In America: A Lexicon of Fashion". So we thought it all too appropriate to showcase our "lexicon" of The Most Memorable Outfits - The black Queen edition.
As we show you the stunners below, we’ll leave you with this Tip for this Tuesday:
“The most beautiful you can wear is confidence”
The outfit doesn’t make or define you sis, you make the outfit! And next to confidence, the best accessory is a smile. Know that with a dose of confidence, coupled with a smile, hunny don’t anybody have anything on you. So stunt on ‘em sis. ♥
